Meeting recordings and notes can contain sensitive context. Meeting Memo separates the ability to try the workflow from account-protected access to downloaded files.
Start recordingRecord first, authenticate before download
You can record and process a meeting before login. When you want to download the memo or audio, Meeting Memo requires account access and checks that the resource belongs to the signed-in user.
Quota checks happen at download time
Free-tier limits do not interrupt an in-progress recording. If a free account has reached its allowance, the app explains that an upgrade is required before downloading.
