1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MeetingMemo.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MeetingMemo.ai provides AI-powered meeting transcription and summarization. The Service processes audio recordings to generate meeting memos including key points, action items, and summaries.

3. User Accounts

To save and manage meeting memos, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free accounts have limited features (5 meeting memos per month). The Pro subscription unlocks unlimited memos.
Pro is billed at €5 per month via Stripe. The price is inclusive of VAT (21% for Netherlands-based customers).
Payment methods include iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, and credit/debit cards.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage subscription" button in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@meetingmemo.ai. Upon withdrawal, we will refund the full subscription amount within 14 days.

6. Data Processing

Audio recordings are processed for transcription purposes only. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate through the Service. MeetingMemo.ai retains ownership of the Service, its software, and branding.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." MeetingMemo.ai is not liable for transcription accuracy, data loss, or interruptions of service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
